Out of Ctrls

A solo game made for GMTK's 2020 Game Jam with the theme "Out of control". This is a puzzle game set in a world of various keycaps where you have reach the goal using a limited number of controls. Be careful or you will quickly run out of controls, however you can't hoard them up either.

CONTROLS:

Use WASD or arrow keys to move, however you only have a limited number of moves in each direction. R to reset level. Please play at least until you get to the black tiles as that's where things get interesting. The black tiles indicate that maximum number of moves you can have in order to pass through. Eg. If you are trying to travel left into a black 3, you must have 3 or less left moves (doesn't matter how many of the others you have). The maximum is only applied to the direction you are travelling.

There are 14 levels in total.

Sounds and art were not made during the jam, however some modifications were applied.
